1946 - 1966

Sylvester Stallone, born July 6 1946 in New York, Hells Kitchen, Son of Hairdresser Frank Stallone and astrologer Jacqueline Stallone. Sly graduates from Devereaux Manor high school, a private school for troubled youths. Sly attended the American College in Switzerland, he returned to the U.S. to study drama at the University of Miami but left three credits short of graduation. Sly went to New York to find work as an actor and soon starred in his first movie in 1973


1967 - 1977  

Sly appears in "No Place to Hide"  later renamed "Rebel" and "A Party at Kitty stud's". He wrote and appeared in the movie "Paradise Alley". December 28, 1974, Sly and Sasha are married, he went on, starred and wrote "Rocky" which made $117 million in the U.S. box office, and over $225 million worldwide. "Rocky" went on to win 3 Oscars, including Best Picture. "Rocky" then wins 3 Academy Awards: Best Picture, Best Director, and Best Editing. Sly wins the David di Danatello Prize for Best Foreign Actor finally Sly was named the Male Star of the Year by the National Organization of Theater Owners.
